Do I need to download anything?
No, there’s nothing to download. HairColorGPT works entirely online: just register and access it from any browser (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
How do I register?
Click on “Register” on the homepage, enter your details, and choose whether to start with the free plan or a subscription. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder too!).
Can I use HairColorGPT for free?
Yes, you can start for free and try many features. If you want unlimited chat or access to advanced features (like image analysis), you can upgrade to a subscription anytime.
What are the benefits of a paid plan?

How does photo analysis work?
Just upload a photo of your client’s hair directly in the chat and provide a detailed request about the desired result. The AI analyzes the color and suggests the most suitable formula and products, according to top professional brands.
What kind of questions can I ask the assistant?
You can ask anything related to hair color, lightening techniques, formulas, common salon issues with coloring, personalized product advice, image interpretation, and practical tips.
Can I get help with specific products (e.g., Wella, L’Oréal, etc.)?
Yes! HairColorGPT knows the main color lines and techniques of the most used salon brands. You can request personalized formulas for Wella, L’Oréal, Schwarzkopf, Alfaparf, and many others.
Are my data and uploaded photos safe?
Yes. We use secure connections (https), and your photos are used only to provide answers. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone. For more details, read the Privacy Policy.
How can I manage or delete my account?
Log into your personal area and go to settings. There you can edit your data or delete your account independently.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can change your plan or cancel your subscription anytime from your personal area. No contracts, no penalties.
How do payments work?
Payments are securely handled via Stripe. You can use a credit/debit card. Renewal is automatic but can be canceled anytime.
I’m not receiving emails (confirmation, password reset, notifications): what should I do?
First, check your Spam/Promotions folder. If you find nothing, email us at support@haircolorgpt.com and we’ll help right away.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
Go to Login and click “Forgot password?”. Enter your email, and you’ll immediately receive a link to set a new password.
What happens if I run out of tokens/chats?
If you’re on the free plan or hit the monthly limit, you can wait for the automatic renewal or upgrade your plan to unlock more chats immediately.
Can I use HairColorGPT on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in from the salon computer, smartphone, or tablet using the same credentials.
Does the service work abroad?
Yes, you only need an internet connection. You can use HairColorGPT anywhere.
